I am a Florida native that chose to move into the North Georgia Mountains to provide a quality of life similar to mine and my husbands as it was when we were growing up.  Smaller classrooms-community involvement in school activities,  Friday Night Football as a "Main event"-all contribute ingredients to givng our children a wholesome environment to grow up in.  There are many differences in "flat land" when purchasing homes/building a home-or just investing in land.  I specialize in "land quality"-meaning that I have a strong background in understanding soils and permitting for development -or your personal homesite.  With only a small percentage of land being private and the rest covered in National Forest-once its gone-its gone!  There are some great deals still to be found-as well as some amazing one of kind luxury properties.  Let me forward pictures of daily activities in our local school system, and recreation department.  The smiles tell it all!
